A Red Door

Alex painted my front door today!!! I am so excited!!! I was a little worried when I saw the second coat go on (It was much brighter then I was hoping for). But when he put the third coat on I got relieved. Alex hates painting but he did such a great job!!!I think it looks like a professional did it. It took him a while to finish it because you have to have it completely dry before you put another coat of paint on.

Mega Marshmallow

So I was in the bathroom and I come out to find Zoe has helped herself to Daddy's marshmallows. She was all proud of herself. She had the biggest smile on her face. So I couldn't take it away from her....yet.....so I could get pictures and share them with you. She ate half of it. So your probably saying no big deal. Its a marshmallow. Did I forget to mension that these marshmallow are the giant ones???

Alot of you all know Zoe has a allergy to cow protein. So because we were having such hot weather last week i got some coconut milk ice cream sandwiches. They are so good. While I was eating one Zoe kept pointing to what to it. So I gave her a bite. Well that was it. She was hooked. She ate a whole one herself (they are mini sized) but still.... she loved it!!!!

My friend Sarah called me up yesterday and told me that it was going to be HOT. And she wanted to bring the kids swimming and have a picnic and wanted to know if Zoe and I wanted to come. I thought it was a great idea. We had a blast!!! Zoe even loved it. I though she was going to freak out because she didn't care for her kiddie pool. But she walked all around and had the water up to her chest. she even TRIED to drink the water. But It was such a fun day.....

Bodlt Castle

I know this post is late but its better late then never....My parents came in for a visit over memorial day weekend. And last year my parents said that they want to go over to Boldt castle with us some time. I have been wanting to go for the past 4 1/2 years. So my mom called me up and asked if there was anything we could do for fun near by. I couldn't think of anything seeing that i live in the middle of nowhere. And she was asked if we could do Bodlt Castle. I thought is was a great idea Alex needed a little persuasion ;-)  But the weather was great and we had a great time....
