Part 2 Of Our labour Day weekend!!!

 

 

We had a birthday party for the kids. We had so much fun, So much food, and most of the family came.

I was playing the piano and I looked down and found Zoe trying to put her clothes on a doll..... She turning into a little mommy.

 

 

 

 

 

That was our weekend in a nut shell....I love spending time with my family.

 

 

 

 

Part 1 of our Labour Day weekend....

 

 

 

We went and visited my family for Labour day weekend. I will do two different post but this is the first one....

 

 

My parents spoil their grand kids. My parents have a bounce house for the grand kids to play in when we go for a visit. It was Zoe's first time in the bounce house and she loved it!!! She had so much fun. And we had so much fun watching her....

Playground success!!!

 

 

I posted pictures a while back of Zoe being scared of the play ground and she was crying in every picture. Well Alex wanted to try again. But I had an Idea. I called up my friend Sarah and asked her if she wanted to meet us at the park. Because Zoe loves and looks up to Sarah's girls Marissa and Madalyn so much. So my plan was if Zoe saw how much fun they were having then she would want to have fun with them. Well....... It worked!!!

Zoe's First Pizza!!!

Most of you know Zoe has a all animal protein allergy/sensitivity. Anyways I wanted to make something she can enjoy because most foods she cant have because it either has milk or egg in it. So I found this "cheese" from Daiya  that is diary free and soy free. And I made the pizza sauce and the pizza dough. Zoe loved it!!!..........All I could think about is Marinos (a pizza place near by). I just couldn't get past the cheese. The texture felt like I was eating dough. It wasn't terrible but I have had Marinos, Zoe hasn't so she doesn't know there is better pizza out there. So what I did was cut the pieces in smaller slices and froze them for Zoe so she can have it again.

This is the first pizza I made so it has ham and pineapple on it. I made this one before we knew about her allergy/sensitivity

The Lewis County Fair in a nutshell...

I know I haven't updated this in a while but here is one of the things we have done this summer. We wen to the fair!!!  I put Zoe in the baby contest. The ages were 0-20 months old. I couldn't believe how many babies there was. But Zoe won 3rd for daintiness!!! We walked around the fair after the contest....

 But she loved the BIG steers

A nice man let Zoe pet the horse. But she did want to but Aunt Sarah helped her

 At the animal show they had a Zebra!!!

Sparkler fun!!!

After the park we went over to Uncle Phil's and Aunt Lorrie's house and played some card games and some fire crackers and sprinklers. We always have such a good time with them. It was really late when we did the sparklers and fire crackers and stuff because we were having so much fun playing cards and lost what time it was. So Zoe looks very tired in the pictures because she was exhausted. But she had so much fun!!!

Playground  Phobia

Is there there a phobia for playgrounds???? Well if not Zoe has created it. She hates playgrounds. I have tried three times to bring her to the park and she cries every single time. The first time we brought her she was getting over being sick so I thought that she wasn't feeling herself so I wasn't gonna push her. Then the next time was when we went to a birthday party. It was around her nap time so I thought she was tired so I didn't push her. Well this time was after her nap and she was all smiles and happy all day until...........We brought her to the park. We went on July 4th trying to do something fun because Alex had the day off because of the holiday. We tried everything at the park and she cried on everything....

 She pointed at this horse tire thing so he put her on it. She was fine.....

 For 2 seconds

 We tired the slide again

 She wasn't happy

 She wanted this too

 but as soon as we put her on it she cried...again

 So enough with the play ground. She was just happy with her juice

 and walking around

 And playing with leaves



My big kid had to play too

 He wanted me to try to do this.....

So that was our trip to the playground
